Lake Pyramid report Empty
PostSubject: Pyramid 4/27/08   Lake Pyramid report Icon_minitimeWed Apr 30, 2008 1:43 pm

Got to pyramid at about 7:30... The bit picked up throughout the day. Between my partner and I we caught about 20 fish. Biggest fish close to 3 pounds. Majority of the fish being largemouths. Water temp is now at 64 and the clarity is excellent. Most fish came on a drop shot rig tossing it right up at the bank... The fish were holding very close. Most spots produced fish and we were even able to sight fish for most of the day.. Lots of cruisers in the 2-3 pound range. Stripers were being caught on sardines and lugworms according to a gentleman with a nice stringer full. Hope this helps!

Ran my tournament Sunday. I had 40 anglers and all but 1 weighed in.
I had close to 30 limits weighed in as well.
Just under 17 pounds won.
The bite was a slow presentation. There was no reaction bite.
The fish were in 10 to 20 and moving toward the bank.
water temp was 59.6 to 62 in the back of glory hole.
