what size are you throwing? all I've used is the nine inch. I haven't seen that problem with those ones yet. How many of them have you had this problem with? I know that useing a rod with tip helps, but as far as the nine inch I haven't had this problem yet. I've only thrown the smaller ones in the pool tuneing them. I did have the wieght come out on a fish but atleast its getting bit. I'm pretty impressed with the nine inch's action though, it wakes well. If anything call predator, but for the most part I have to tweak every bait I use , hudds(trailer hooks) all osprey type baits like the baby e etc,,, but that comes with time. I'm not just saying me, alot of the guys I know and fish with, Jerry Williams, and roger hass, jason newby, mike stiles, mike knight all make their own too and have years of exp..All of these guys. Any questions I'll ask,I gave Jason some of the nine inchers and we were both impressed, the way it looks is common but the action and some of the cloros are unique. what baits before these have you had success with? like to throw? Me myself I like the custom soft plastic swimbaits in custom colors, that berkely one is really cool to, spro hudds, talons, there are alot of great ones on the market. Hope this helps
