California Delta

finally made here for the first time, me and a couple of buddies just here to fun fish, its been a while. We took 2 boats and launched from Ladds. saturday we pretty much stayed in the south, our best bite for us was in Mildred on speeds traps at high tide as it went out it slowed way down. Later in the evening, during low tide I caught some nice ones on a bomber 7a, at the end we all weighed in and each boat had 22lbs and our big fish of the day caught by Kirk was 8lbs. The other boat caught alot of swimbait fish and speed traps and some on senkos. The next day we went to Franks tract and fished the tulies in the north end in the morning. Alot of wind and boats, so we started working our way back, caught some on cranks, but not like saturday. Worms, and dropshot were working better. at the end of the day our best five was 17 lbs and the other boat had 23lbs, on dropshot. they had the big fish this time with a 71/2 lbs. Caught alot more fish on saturday. Probally one of the funnest places to fish, had a great time!
